Apricot Daiquiri

Apricot Daiquiri
Servings: 2 Drinks

Apricot liqueur adds a rich apricot flavor to this drink, but you may substitute apricot brandy if you desire. The drink will taste stronger and won’t be quite as sweet.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups ice
  • ¾ cup canned apricot halves, drained and semifrozen
  • 3 ounces gold rum
  • 2 ounces apricot liqueur (such as Apry)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
